Job Description
Cash/ Credit Card Management
Reconciliation and ensuring collection of Cash and Credit Card Sale for all showrooms on daily basis.
Accounting of Cash & Credit card sales in ERP on Daily Basis.
Follow up with stores/Banks for deviation between actual sales and collection.
Checking of cash collection with CMS Report & Store DSR Report for deposition.
Reconciliation of All Sales, as per DSR, As per Store Wise Sales & Sales as per Chart of Account.
Cash/Bank Receipt & Payment and Reconciliation
Making Payments through banks and recording the transactions on regular basis.
Maintaining Petty cash, Daily cash payment, Cash & Bank Receipt/Payment voucher entry. Recording of payment transaction in books.
Preparation of required file to upload on Bank portal for funds transfer.
Ensuring timely deposition of cash sales generated vs. cash collected and deposited.
Reconciliation of SIS partners, discount C/Note Issuance, Payment Advice
Preparation of Daily Cash Deposit as per Books & DSR and Reconciliation of Closing Balances.
Reconciliation of SIS partners, sharing of partner wise status on reconciliation findings and non-reconciled accounts.
Payment advice conformation report. Manual sale report prepared for Management.
Accounting of MG, Media and Advt. related entries of LFRs.
Maintenance of Record
Maintaining Year Wise & Voucher Category wise Records.
Ensure shifting of all Vouchers on Quarterly Basis to Record Room.
