7+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Consultant in a business or technical environment
Bachelor's degree preferred in business-related field
Ability to learn and master new technologies with a technical aptitude
Some software development background or experience working for a software company
Certification Solution Consultant, Business Analyst, Industry-Specific
Enterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design, and documentation skills
