Job Description
1. Understanding the clients requirement. 2. Conducting quantitative surveys and collecting suitable data from the market / specified city/ specified location 3. Processing the collected raw material in to a qualitative proposal keeping in mind the guidelines (eg. floor preference, budget constraints, technical constraints etc.) set by the client. 4. Submitting comprehensive proposal of all the options available. 5. Conducting Site visit according to the given time lines. 6. Submitting elaborate proposal for all the short listed properties with complete technical and financial analysis. 7. Initial verification of ownership title and if desired also to arrange authenticated title report from one of our associated lawyers. 8. Achieving best possible financial and technical terms for our tenant client.
