Inputs in Product Planning, Sharing info about new trends in the market and promotional schemes.
Involves core sales function like handling walk-ins, explain Products, accompanying to site/show flats, customizing the deal, closing, Follow-ups.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer database. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Develop and Maintain Positive Business & Customer Relationships to generate new leads and build a strong referral pipeline
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Actively seek to understand competition and differentiate Hiranandani Brand from others. Handling VIP Client.
Attend Domestic Real Estate Expos and Events.
