Job Description
Responsible for generating sales with residential properties (resale properties).
Schedule and conduct site visits and follows up with client till closure.
Report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.
Reaching the targets and goals set, establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
To provide buyers with details of properties that fit their requirements in terms of price, and location.
To offer buyers a selection of properties available for sale and arrange visits to view the properties.
To advise buyers on prices that they feel sellers might consider, and contact the seller with details of any offers.
To inform/update buyers and let them know when sellers have accepted their offer and updating them on the progress of negotiations.
To help owners sell their homes.
To advise buyers on price and discuss offers with them, acting as mediators between buyer and seller in price negotiations.
Increasing business opportunities through reference generation & various routes to market.
