Responsibilities:
Responsible for Organizations Project operations- project management, team management, budget and timelines.
Responsible for creating an alliance with various stakeholders at multiple Levels.
Team Management- Planning and Monitoring. Ensure resource availability and allocation
Design and Implement the performance management system and MIS and report writing.
To place candidate as per requirement of the skill programs.
Planning and organizing agriculture production schedules.
Determining quality control standards.
Overseeing production processes
Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials, inputs.
Organizing relevant training sessions.
Developing relevant Package of Practices.
Deploying Agriculture & Irrigation technology and practices.
Farmer mobilization and capacity building
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 Years in Agriculture / Irrigation related projects
