Job Description
Maintaining and monitoring HR database attendance: Preparing and processing timely distribution of Salary and manage the payroll process. o Responsible for driving the HR Payroll: Incentive Management, bonus, increment, salary slip, PF, leave encashment and full and final settlements. ensuring all statutory compliances o Manage the end-to-end Recruitment process: Responsible for sourcing candidates from various channels, screening CVs, coordinating/ scheduling interviews, ensuring background/reference checks, negotiating salary offers. o Accountable for coordination of induction, training and orientation process . o Execute employee engagement activities for employees. o Manage employees queries and grievances. o To design the appraissal system including KRAs for each position in the organisation o To develop programs for skill development and motivation for employees across the organisation.
