Job Description
Building on youth passion point to improve brand share Improve business parameters like unlimited, churn and revenue for the segment Social media agenda for Youth Driving the content agenda for youth CXX differentiation for the segment Managing segment MIS - analytics & reporting Build on circle engagement Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience The role is largely entrepreneurial in nature and the incumbent has to demonstrate strong drive and passion for conceptualizing new ideas, giving it shape and form as a proposition, build business impact for approval, work with IT and tech teams to project manage development of journeys , launch with a robust GTM and track day to day performance. Marketing skills : 1. Consumer behavior understanding and strong analytical skills 2. Ability to read NPS data and build on consumer insights 3. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills 4. Ability to work across cross functional teams to launch propositions 5. Competitive analysis 6. Ability to conceptualize new ideas - Experience on end to end ownership of a launch including GTM
