Job Description
Monitor the work performed by robots and identify process or system changes that could impact automation.
Liaise with COE to resolve any software specific issues or upgrades.
Ensure early detection and reporting of potential issues with automated processes to allow resolver groups to resolve problems before users become affected by them.
Minimise unexpected disruptions by communicating scheduled updates to the affected users throughout the incident management and change process.
Configure and continually optimise the software to meet business automation requirements as well as identify and document improvement opportunities.
Monitor work queues to identify completed and exception items, and perform research, investigation, and resolution to facilitate automation of business processes.
Build and maintain key relationships with colleagues across Operations, Front Office, third party vendors and other units as required.
Complete mandatory trainings and accreditations as applicable to your role
