Job Description
Primary Symantec MFA Technology having good communication skills
In depth knowledge and 5+ years of hands on experience on delivering MFA solutions
Should have significant experience in trouble shooting, problem solving, implementation and managing complex MFA Environment
Coordinate with Symantec support team for break fix, patch update, maintenance & support
Provide root cause analysis of critical incidents
Must have excellent problem determination skills with good learning attitude Key Responsibilities
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment & with minimal supervision
Should be flexible to work beyond routine working hours as and when required
Handle Incident, Problem and Change management tickets in accordance with SLAs
Analyse complexity and feasibility of new or changed requirements
Should be responsible to manage complete Symantec platform & would be single point of contact for users
